New Conservative MP for Dudley South, Chris Kelly, today attended the Dudley Group of Hospitals (DGoH) NHS Foundation Trust open day at Russells Hall Hospital.
Chris took a tour of x-ray & radiology and also met with Alfred Edwards, Chairman of the Trust.
Chris commented: "Having recently met with Paula Clark, Chief Executive of the Trust, at the hospital it was most interesting to attend the open day and discuss issues affecting the Trust, such as funding and demand, with its Chairman. I will be reporting back to the new Conservative Health Secretary, the Rt. Hon. Andrew Lansley CBE MP, on some of the issues raised by the Trust Chairman and the staff I met today. I look forward to attending more public meetings held by the Trust at Russells Hall Hospital."
